What happens next

1. ScopingA conversation about the question you are actually trying to answer, and whether a maturity assessment is the right instrument for it.
2. Scope and weightsWe set the assessment level — enterprise, business unit, function, information domain or project — and agree the impact factors before anyone is asked anything. The weight matrix is shared with you before it is used.
3. ParticipantsYou nominate participants and their roles; each is assigned an SFIA level and years in role, which they can correct themselves before answering.
4. Assessment windowParticipants answer online, in their own time, with as-is and to-be scores plus free-text justification. Progress is visible to you while the window is open.
5. Draft reportWeighted scores, gaps, SWOT and recommendations are generated from the completed assessment and shared as a draft.
6. Consultant analysisThe draft is tested against context the survey cannot see, and the final report is issued with the analysis on top.
